I’m a marketing and communications leader working in the field of organisational purpose, business sustainability, stakeholder engagement and reputation management.

I've worked for and consulted to innovative market leaders in the technology, telecommunications, consumer, retail, property and gaming sectors. I've led regional and domestic markets for international communications consultancies Edelman and Interpublic Group, providing counsel to clients such as Tencent, Starbucks, P&G, J&J, Ikea, and Intercontinental Hotel Group, and held senior marketing roles at Microsoft, Unilever and Sony.

Over this time, I’ve advanced inclusive work cultures, transformed business groups, delivered profitable growth, opened new business and digital revenue streams, launched new products and online services, and developed award-winning brand campaigns.

As founder of Cali17, I help leaders and organisations embed purpose & sustainability into strategy, marketing and communications. I specialise in C-suite advisory, corporate & brand reputation, sustainability management, digital & social media outreach, stakeholder mapping & engagement.

My counsel is grounded in the belief that business today, can take the bold strategic and operational steps, to be a more equitable and sustainable enterprise for their people, society and the planet.
